  • We are sorry to hear of Pat's passing. We remember Del and Pat who were neighbors on Woodbridge Rd. I remember passing you two on walks in Woodhaven. You always looked happy together; you seemed to have had a good life. Del, may happy memories of your life together comfort you in your grief. Sincerely Jocelyn Maron (and Mel) - Posted by: Jocelyn Maron (Former neighbor) on: Jan 14, 2019

  • Dear Del, Leslie, Greg, Sharon, Bill and families. My deepest sympathy to all of you. Pat will be missed so very much and life will be forever changed because of her passing. I have so many wonderful memories of my times with her, starting as kids when we spent our summers together either in Portage or on our farm at Treherne. I remember when her dad Morley, he worked for Manitoba Hydro I believe, always seemed to be able to get us multiple rolls of tickets for the rides at the Portage fair. Pat and I would just sit on the merry-go-round and hand over the tickets to the attendant. Pat and I have often laughed about her summer visits to our farm, my mom was a wonderful cook and we always had lots of company for meals. Pat and I always seemed to be on dish duty, no dishwashers in those days, and Pat said to me many times over the years, "Nobody had more dirty dishes than Lulu." God bless you all, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Joyce - Posted by: Joyce Harland (Cousin) on: Jan 14, 2019
