Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILFRED WEIR Wilfred Weir died peacefully at Beacon Hill Lodge on January 15, 2019 in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 76. Wilfred is survived by his sons, Mark (Kelly) (grandson Zak), Andrew (Fredo) of Winnipeg, daughter Cindy of Winnipeg, and nieces and nephews, Garth, Evelyn, Grant and Lori. Wilfred is preceded in death by his wife Lenore, brother Robert, sister Pearl and brother-in-law Frank. Wilfred was born on September 4, 1942 in Roblin, MB, married in 1967 and spent his entire adult life in Winnipeg working various warehouse/factory jobs. Wilfred and his family were very involved with Calvary Temple church and he enjoyed helping with Christian Service Brigade. Spending time with his family/children was his favourite thing to do, never missing a hockey game, refusing to play catch, or heading to the park to hang out. He will be missed, and leaves behind many great memories to keep his spirit alive. No formal service will be held.
