Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySANDRA HALPRIN It is with great sadness that we announce that on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, Sandra Halprin passed away. Sandra Halprin (née Goldberg) was predeceased by her husband Thomas Halprin. She leaves to mourn her sister Sunny; her three sons and their wives, Nathan and Marylu, Howard and Brenda-Lee, and Richard and Hélène; and her grandchildren, Bradley (Kelcie), Jeremy and Cayla. Sandra was born in Montreal on February 19, 1937. She also lived in Winnipeg and Vancouver. Sandra enjoyed her work as an accountant, travel and being a great friend. Sandra died as she lived: strong, determined and on her own terms. She will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. As per Sandra's wishes, no service will be held. The family would like to thank all those who cared for Sandra.

Sandra was a great friend. I enjoyed walking with her frequently and we had interesting conversations. She gave me excellent financial advice such as "Don't sell your home." That piece of advice saved me over 2 million dollars. Tom was also a good friend who showed me how to do inlay. I loved watching him carve. My condolences to Sandra's sons, daughters-in-law, grandkids and family. Sandra spoke of you often very fondly. I will miss her. She was an inspiration for us.
