BARRY STEPHEN KAROS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barry on February 20, 2019 at the age of 74. Beloved husband, father and grandfather, Barry lost his long battle with Parkinson's disease, with his family by his side. Barry was born and raised in Winnipeg and completed his Civil Engineering Diploma at Red River College in 1968. He worked for Con-Force Structures for most of his career as a Draftsman and Checker, retiring in 2010. Barry leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Luba, their children, Michael (Lori), Jennifer and Jason, his two grandsons, Joshua and Mathew, as well as his sister, Linda. Barry was predeceased by his parents and his sister Judy (Martel). Barry's family would like to thank the many staff and caregivers that helped ease him through the last months of his life, as well as the family and friends who have been there for him and are lending their strength during this difficult time. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place in Summer of 2019.
