Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORETTA (LAURIE) JOAN MASON (née PRINCE) December 4, 1935 - February 5, 2019 Peacefully, on February 5, 2019, Laurie passed away at the age of 83 years in the Grace Hospital. Laurie was predeceased by her son Christopher (1997); daughter Laurel (2008); and mom Nellie Prince (2008). Laurie leaves to mourn her family and friends. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors that attended to Laurie at the St. Boniface Hospital, Deer Lodge Centre, as well as the Grace Hospital. After my mom, Dorothy James passed in February 2005, Laurie met me for lunch for my birthday (April 2005). She gave me a letter to read in my Mom's handwriting asking Laurie to look after me if something were ever to happen to my mom. It's one of my cherished memories of Laurie.
