We interact daily, weekly by email or phone calls even when he is visiting Toronto office. I never seen a person like Doug, always helpful, knowledgeable in addition a very big smile on his face.   • It is shocking to hear of Doug’s passing - we worked together @ Delta with him supporting our IT. Doug was a lovely, family man who was a proud CP Hotels come Fairmont employee. I have recently lost my own husband @ 58 years and I do hope Doug and Richard meet up in their new place.
