RUTH (THERESA) JEAN CHUDDY It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Ruth (Theresa) Jean Chuddy at the age of 84, on February 22, 2019. Born August 8, 1934, she was the daughter of Peter and Doris Stawychny of Poplarfield, Manitoba. Theresa is survived by her son Barry Chuddy (Leslie) of Oakville, Ontario; daughters, Brenda Fetterly (Dean), and Marla Chuddy; precious grandchildren, Drew, Jennifer, Tyler, Cerra and Laura; and great-grandchild Aeris. She is also survived by her four siblings, Terry Stawychny of Fort St. John, BC, Bryan Stawychny of Radium, BC, and sisters, Patsy Mitchell (Bob) and Yvonne Peters. She had many beloved nieces and nephews. Theresa was predeceased by her husband Emil of 63 years; son David Chuddy (Linda); infant son Jon; infant sister Luba; sister-in-law Marie; and niece Greta. Our mother was devoted to her family in so many ways. Not only was she hard working, she was selfless and the best Nana anybody could ever have. Her chicken soup and meals were out of this world and everyone who gathered at her table was in for an amazing treat. Mom was always there for all of us. Her passing will leave a huge emptiness in our lives. She will be forever missed. Cremation has taken place. An intimate family Celebration of Life has taken place.
