JANET BOONOV (nee OLIN) Janet passed peacefully on March 11, 2019. Funeral services to be held March 12, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Temple Shalom Synagogue, 1077 Grant Avenue, with interment to follow at Hebrew Sick Cemetery. Shiva to be held at River Ridge Retirement Residence, 50 Ridgecrest Avenue, Tuesday, March 12 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m; Wednesday and Thursday March 13 and 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, March 15 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Full obituary to follow.

  • Janet was my Mom’s (Connie Johnson) next door neighbour at Riverridge. She was a good friend and great neighbour. I met Janet several times while visiting my Mom. Janet loved family most but worked to help support it. Also active in community & St. John's High School organization.
