JACOB WALDNER It is with great sadness, after a courageous battle with cancer, Jacob Waldner peacefully passed away at his home, with family by his side, on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Minister Jacob Waldner was born September 26, 1935 to Jacob and Sarah (Glanzer) Waldner at Huron Colony, Manitoba. Mourning his loss is his loving wife Lydia and his children: Jack (Jean): Kimberly, Jacob and Travis; Lydia (Sam): Sheldon, Nathaniel and Joshua; Eileen (Daniel): Tymon, Annette (Ivan), Kurtis and Jayda; Robert; Sara; Mark (Janice): Emily, Markus, Alana, Hadassah and Jonathan. His siblings: Sara (Solomon), Paul, Daniel, David (Jan), Susan (Peter), Dorothy (Mike), and sister-in-law Elizabeth. He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob and Sarah, brothers, Joseph, Benjamin, Henry, Ernest, and grandson Travis. Jacob taught life values by being a role model, not so much by words but by quiet example. All who knew him would attest to and value his integrity, steadfastness and friendship. Rev 14:13: Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. Yes says the spirit that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.
