CLEM BOUCHARD It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Clem Bouchard on Monday, March 18, 2019, at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 59 years. In keeping with Clem's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
