He leaves to mourn him, his loving wife of 50 years, Rosalyn; three children, Janice (Scott) Duguid, Patricia (Kelvin) Rothenburger and Richard (Janna) Cuthbert; and four grandchildren, Andrew, Thomas and Lucas Rothenburger, and Alexandra Cuthbert. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Morden, Manitoba, 2 Academy Dr. on March 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Donations may be made in Victor's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
