THOMAS JACK STOREY
He was predeceased by his dad Jack and his mom Wanda.
Tom will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. He is survived by his sisters, Candice and Sally (Don); brother Larry (Dawn); nieces and nephews, Robert, Michelle, Thomas and Rae. Tom was a great brother. He will be sadly missed.
Tom enjoyed spending time at the Elmwood Legion and Concordia Adult Day Centre where he had many friends.
We would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and support staff who cared for Tom. We are thankful for the great care and support they provided Tom as well as his family during these troubling times. We would also like to thank his good friend Roger who Tom enjoyed spending time with.
A family gathering will be held to celebrate his life.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
