SHIRLEY SCHENTAG
She is survived by children, David and Gwen; grandchildren, Richard and Emily; and numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by husband Ewald; son Jeffry; and daughter Christine.
She enjoyed her time volunteering at Concordia Hospital and lately in travelling with Gwen. She was an avid reader and spent hours on her word search puzzle books.
A memorial lunch celebration will take place on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in the reception room of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway. Purple was Shirley's favourite colour, so if you got it wear it. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
