LEONNE MCARTHUR
July 26, 1945 - April 26, 2019
Prior to her illness, Léonne was known for her zest for life, which included her love of travel and her strong connection to her extended family in Manitoba, Alberta and Ontario. She also thoroughly enjoyed entertaining and decorating her home to rival Martha Stewart, especially at Christmas time, but any holiday was a great excuse to redecorate her dining table.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Léonne's name to: Riverview Health Centre Foundation (Palliative Care), One Morley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4, online at: www.rhc.mb.ca
We are sincerely grateful to the Riverview Palliative Care team who provided such care and compassion for Léonne and her family.

So sorry to hear of Léonne’s passing. We have wonderful memories of visiting with her while travelling out west in our motor home many years ago. Léonne insisted we stay for dinner and cooked steak for everyone including our dog Woody. He was spoiled forever after that experience. Hoping your memories will sustain you in the days ahead.
