ANNA MARIA NEMETH
(nee HANDLER)
March 28, 1933 - May 9, 2019
Anna was predeceased by her husband, Imre George Nemeth, her daughter Suzanne, and her great-grandson Cooper.
Left to cherish Anna's memory are her sons, Joe (Judith), Jim (Irene) and Les (Carrie); grandchildren, Joey (Wanda), Brent (Gaylene), Michelle, Laresa (Brent), Dustin (Amber) and Devin (Danielle); great-grandchildren, Zachary, Seth, Kiana, Anna, Michaela, Maverick, Cody, Lochlan, Hayley and Madisyn.
Anna was born in Szombathely, Hungary. Leaving everything behind in 1956, she immigrated to Canada with her three children and husband to pursue a better life. Throughout her life, Anna worked hard at different jobs and succeeded in owning her own restaurant. Most of her working life was in the service industry, but she found her calling with the church and the Lord.
Mom was involved with the Calvary Temple for over 20 years, going on missionary work within her community and overseas. Her faith and love for the Lord was strong and constant.
Anyone who knew Anna, knew that she was honest and strong willed. Always telling the truth in her kind way. She will be greatly missed, but the fond memories will stay with us always.
A funeral service celebrating Anna's life will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Buntain Chapel, located in Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave at Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Anna may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.

We met Anna at Calvary Temple Bible Study and have been blessed ever since. Anna was many things to us, mentor, friend, prayer warrior. She always shared pictures and stories of her family with such joy. I can hear her voice to this day and see that beautiful smile and the light in her eyes as she spoke of her family. We will continue to keep the Nemeth family in our prayers. - Posted by: Sheryl Redahl and Mary Ann Litman (Friends from Calvary Temple) on: May 12, 2019
