JUDY CHRISTINE STUPACK
(nee OSADCHUK, HOMINUK)
April 30, 1942 - May 15, 2019

I wish to thank all the fire personnel and paramedics who attended me over the past 14 years, a number of times per year. On every occasion I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring, making me feel relaxed and confident in their treatment and during transport to the various hospitals.
I also wish to extend my thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and aides at the various hospitals and emergency rooms I have been taken to, along with thanks to the nurses and health care people who have cared for me over the years in various wards.
Thank you all for being the special people you are.
At my request, I have been cremated and there will be no service.
