RUSSELL MARTIN FREGO
January 26, 1953 – August 30, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Russell Martin Frego, aged 66 years, on Friday, August 30, 2019, at the Betel Personal Care Home in Selkirk, MB, with his family by his side.
He is survived by his wife Joyce, son Tyler, daughter Lindsey, brother David, three grandchildren, and many close friends and extended family.
Special thanks to Valerie Recksiedler and Mary Drury for all their help and support for the care of Russell. The family would also like to thank the staff at Betel Personal Care Home for all of their care and support.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, MB. A private interment will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Peacefully, with his family by his side on Friday, August 30, 2019, at the Betel Home in Selkirk, Manitoba, Russell Frego, aged 66 years passed away.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, September 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, Manitoba.
