RUSSELL LEE UNILOWSKY
Russell is survived by his beloved wife Oksana Unilowsky (nee Tyrawski); and their loved and adored son Christian Russell Unilowsky who was born 10 days after his father's passing; his children and grandchildren: Brandy Friesen (Tanner Tarasoff) (Logan, Noah, Madden and Jada); Kristopher Unilowsky (Tanya Unilowsky) (Tamira, Amber Louise and Samantha); Sheila Gibb (Damien Forbes) (Ella and Ada); Brian Gibb (Melissa Gibb) (Eleanor and Finlay); and many other family and friends. Russell was predeceased by his mother, Florence Decker, and father, Victor Unilowsky.
Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, December 14, at 9:30 a.m., at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 115 McGregor St., Winnipeg, MB. Followed by reception with Celebration of Life to be held at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall at 737 Bannerman Ave., Winnipeg, MB. Private interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
Officiants are Rt. Rev. Msgr. Mitrat Michael Buyachok and Rev. Protodeacon Stefan Tyrawski.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Tire Jumpstart or the Salvation Army.
