RICHARD (RICK) A. LAMONTAGNE
April 6, 1952 - December 8, 2019
Rick was an extremely social and friendly person. His outgoing nature would lead him to having lengthy conversations with strangers. He was very interested in learning about people from all backgrounds, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age or economic position. A true people person, Rick would hardly forget a name. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
In accordance with Rick's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
For those who desire, donations in Rick's memory may be made to Siloam Mission or to a food bank of your choice.

Richard was a kind and gentle man, I’m shocked and saddened to hear of his sudden passing. As kids, we had so much fun at grandpa’s farm. He is gone way to soon. - Posted by: Dave (Cousin) on: Jan 09, 2020

Joan, My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Rick. He really was a socially outspoken kind of person. This was evidenced by the genuine interest he showed in people’s lives. I will miss him at the family get togethers. I pray that God will pour out His peace on you and surround you with His comfort and love now and in the years to come. Rick was my cousin. His mother, was my Aunty Stella and her only sister was my mother Helen. Our two families were very close. There were many memories of Rick at our grandfather John’s farm in Marchand. Fast forward, as an adult Rick was very social, he worked in the printing business for years and was passionate about his work! I remember marathon games of canasta...birthday parties...family gatherings...He led a full life with some heartbreaks along the way. It is with great regret that I didn’t keep in touch in the ladder years of his life. I know how much of a loss Richard will be to Aunty Stella, Jerry, Donna and Jackie, your family, ours, your friends and everyone else whose lives you touched. All my love Richard, you will be missed. - Posted by: Landaira (Cousin) on: Dec 14, 2019

Very sorry to hear of Ricks passing. We worked together at Rinella Printers for many years and I would see and speak to Rick often at Esdale Printers as I was a supplier for them. Rick would always have a conversation with me Very nice person. Regards Roy Wright - Posted by: Roy E Wright (work mate) on: Dec 14, 2019
