DEBRA (DEB) LYNN PULS

With family and friends by her side, Deb passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma.
Deb was born January 28, 1957, in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Patricia (nee Winslade) Puls, and brother-in-law Rob Robinson.
She will be forever missed by siblings, Dan Puls, Wendi Foreman, Lori Robinson and Chris Puls, as well as best friends, Bonnie (Alphonsus) Utioh and Susan Shrimpton, and her two little dogs, K8 and LE. Deb will also be missed by numerous cousins, nieces; nephews; great-nieces and nephews; as well as many close friends.
Deb retired from a 32-year nursing career at Health Sciences Centre in 2012. She spent most of her retirement volunteering, wood carving, doing yard work, walking the dogs, bike riding and floating around in the pool. She loved her winter vacations in Puerto Vallarta, but most enjoyed the summer road trips west to Saskatoon, Edmonton, and once to Squamish spending time with family.
A celebration of Deb's life will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue.
Thanks to the CancerCare team at Health Sciences Centre, to the home care team, the home palliative team and to the palliative team at St. Boniface Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
