We are so sorry to hear about Art's passing. He was such a nice man and a friendly neighbor. We will always have so many fond memories of him (and his old red truck that he loved). I remember when we just moved in (2005?) and there was a big snow storm. I was trying to take my daughter to pre-school and he started to help me shovel our driveway so we wouldn't be late. We didn't make it to school but I was so grateful that he helped. That was the first time I met him and he was always there to help. Art would always get up so early to shovel our driveways, even before my husband could get out there to do it himself. We had lots of good talks on the driveway. He will be missed by our family.
