MARGARET RUTH PEARSON
January 27, 1944 – March 15, 2020
She will be greatly missed by her husband, Doug; daughters, Suzanne (Glenn) Antonio, and Christine Pearson (Neal Boyd); grandsons, Eric and Mark Antonio; sister Mary and family; and brother-in-law Nick Pearson and family.
We wish to thank all who assisted mom on her journey, including the doctors and nurses at CancerCare, Palliative Care and Riverview Health Centre.
A reception to share memories of Ruth will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba.

Dear Mr. Pearson, Christine, Suzanne and families, I sit here with tears in my eyes to write you my condolences. Although I have not seen you for some time, I have many great memories of our time in Winnipeg as your neighbours and also the ensuing years visits. I remember your mom as someone with a great sense of humour and great friend to my parents. I am sad to hear of her passing but she will live on in my memories of her. Ruth's joy for living, warm smile and sense of fun endure. I met Ruth when Doug and I worked together at the Winnipeg Core Area Initiative. Her generosity of spirit as a hostess for family and friends gatherings, her love of her family are lasting memories. Ruth was up for anything, always positive, a youthful outlook ,curious and genuinely interested in others.
