• I am remembering Laurel today especially as a kind and compassionate person who always focused on uplifting her friends and family. Her positive outlook on life was a gift she shared whenever we spoke. She was a great friend to me over the years and I will miss her dearly. • Laurel was one of the nicest people I know, and I will miss her infectious smile and calm demeanour. She had an innate sense of knowing when someone needed an ear or a friend. She had a wealth of work experience and some amazing stories that we referenced to get new tasks done efficiently.
