January 28, 1952 - March 29, 2020

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Maurice Casper on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at the St. Boniface Hospital.
In keeping with Maurice's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
A longer obituary will follow closer to the date of the celebration.

  • Agnes , Ben , Natalie , Amanda , and spouses and all the grandchildren, We share in your very sad loss. Maurice had and will always have a special spot in our hearts. He was a kind and giving and loving soul that was always willing to lend a hand. His love for my sister Agnes and the family they raised was undeniably beautiful. His talented hands created home renovations and wood projects that brought smiles to many faces, and the nicname , "Uncle Sawdust." We love you and miss you beyond words . Rest in Peace MoJo.....   • While growing up, I have fond memories of my cousin, Maurice: playing as kids, our chats, and later Maurice shared knowledge of the pros/cons of everyday home construction errors that he pinpointed. Wasn’t afraid to tell it like it was. He was very much a family man and loved you all very much. His siblings also meant the world to Maurice. My sincere sympathy to you all.
