JACK MARR WOOD

Jack passed away peacefully on March 27, 2020 at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg at the age of 74.
He is survived by his wife Linda Baert; brothers, Jim (Olof) and Don (Marguerite) and his nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jimmy and Evelyn and his first wife Malvena.
Jack worked at the Manitoba Government water testing lab and was very active in the Manitoba Government Employees Union. After retirement from the lab, he worked as a security officer at Garda Security.
He was a member of the Masons and in 1996 was Master of Gateway Lodge.
He always enjoyed spending time at his trailer in Spruce Sands with Linda and their dog Misty.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
