Sincere sympathy. It was a great privilege to have known your wonderful mom, grandmother, great-grandmother this past few years. As we grew up in adjoining rural communities, we shared friends, acquaintances and many interests - in spite of not meeting until several years ago. There was a deep connection through our shared values. Orma was a truly great 'spirit' - an inspiration. I treasure her memory, and the many interests we shared, including books on the local life and lore of our childhood communities, and church events in Winnipeg, as well as events and explorations in Cloverdale, and Clandeboye. Most recently we shared quiet, and memorable lunches. Thank you for the beautiful U-Tube tribute. With warm wishes. - Posted by: Joyce Clouston (Friend) on: Aug 04, 2020

I happen to see her Obituary in the Winnipeg Free Press and thought I would try to connect her with my family. My 2nd great grandfather was Gordon Agar, born in Wicklow, Ireland in 1819 or 1825 (not exactly sure). He was married to Rosanna Slack. He died on Feb 10, 1904. My Grandmother was Elizabeth Evelyn Agar who was born on Jan 2, 1887 in Owen Sound, Keppel, Grey, Ontario on Jan 2, 1887 and her father was Samuel Arthur Agar married to Jane or Jennie Hogg. If anyone can shed some light on this, I would be very appreciative. Thank you. Gayle, Lyall, Gordon and family So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was such a lovely lady and could always make you laugh with her humour. She loved her visits to Cloverdale for church functions with Joyce Clouston. She will be missed very much. Thanks Gayle for arranging our time together in August which allowed Auntie Evelyn and your Mom to have a great visit. Take care Billie - Posted by: Wilma Ratkowski (Cousin) on: Apr 18, 2020
