LUCILLE TOUGH
(née CHANEL)

Peacefully at the Riverview Health Centre, on July 13, 2020, Mrs. Lucille Tough passed away at the age of 76 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing her sons, Christopher and Craig (Susan) Tough. She was predeceased by her husband George in 2017, her parents, Joseph and Marie Chanel, and her brother Roger Chanel.
Lucille loved children and it showed as she dedicated her career to teaching special kids. Her name belied her caring and patient ways with the her students. Her love of gardening shone through as well. The garden was always filled with flowers and vegetables and we were spoiled with delicious tomatoes and peas all summer long. She and George travelled the world together and made many memories and passed on that love to her children.
We would also like to thank CancerCare Manitoba for their compassion and care through Lucille's illness.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at St. Timothy's Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be available to view live online.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
