OLSON-DAVIDSON: Shane Donald John Olson-Davidson, 37, of Rapid City, Manitoba, died unexpectedly on July 25, 2020 at Brandon Regional Health Authority. He was born September 4, 1982 in Winnipeg, the son of Dale Olson and Bonnie Martens. Shane had a colorful childhood spent between Richmond, BC and Winnipeg, MB, spending his teenage years in Winnipeg. He met his wife, Jean, nine years ago and moved to Rapid City to make his home. They married September 22, 2018. Shane loved being a dad and husband more than anything, and devoted much of his time sharing his love of golf, hockey and baseball with his community. He was a loyal friend, and willing to lend a hand to anyone. He is predeceased by his adoptive parents, James Keith Davidson and Hazel Ruth Sanderson. He leaves to mourn his wife Jean; stepson, Jordan and daughters, Victoria and Pearl. He also leaves behind many loving brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A “Celebration of Life” will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm., August 22, 2020 at Rapid City Ball Diamonds, Rapid City, Manitoba. Please respect social distancing protocol.
