Rockley and Marilyn became friends in Yellowknife in the early 80s. I was shocked to find this information out that he had passed. Rockley was a gentlemen and good friend. We did lots of work within the community. Marilyn I am so sorry for your loss. I will try and reach out by phone. To everyone who knew him.
