PHAIR: Shirley, 76 years, beloved wife of Howard Phair, mother of Tammy (Randy) McCannell, Cathy (Wayne) Suski and Michael (Tracy) Phair, died in the Souris Health Centre on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Souris, Manitoba on Monday, February 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery.
