OSBORNE: Albert Thomas (Ab) Osborne, June 16, 1914 – February 25, 2009. Albert passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Personal Care Home on February 25, 2009 at the age of 94 years. Albert was born and raised on the Osborne farm near Bunclody, Manitoba in the Souris Valley. He farmed there until 1959 when he moved to Brandon and worked for Plains Western Gas Company until he retired. Albert was predeceased by his wife Grace, brothers Dave, Syd, and sisters Elisabeth, Edith and Bertha. He is survived by his nieces and nephews who affectionately knew him as “Uncle Ab.” The funeral service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.com.
