KIRBY: The death of Dot Doris Kirby occurred in Brandon on March 8, 2009. She was born in Morris, Manitoba on January 6, 1914. Dot was predeceased by her parents Amos and Ettie Dowler and five brothers and sisters. She was also predeceased by her first husband Ray Hyndman and her second husband Walter Kirby. Surviving are two daughters, Donna Hansen (Bill) and Lynne Hyndman of Brandon. Also surviving are three grandchildren and their families, Bryan and Sherri Ferguson (Spencer, Cassie and Renee); Patricia and Gerry Gordon (Riley and Amy); Boyd and Carleen Ferguson. One sister Babe Bannatyne also survives her. There will be no formal service. A private family interment will take place at later date. We are celebrating Mom’s 95 wonderful years.
