LEBID: Caroline Lebid of Brandon, beloved mother of Mildred Hykawy and Pat MacAulay, passed away peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon on Friday, March 13, 2009 at the age of 91 years. Prayers will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 927 Assiniboine Avenue, Brandon on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Father Michael Tkachuk as Celebrant and Stella Fedeniuk as Cantor. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation “Assiniboine Centre”, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
