ZANDER: Tammy Marie (nee Moore), June 5, 1971 - April 23, 2009. It is with great sadness that we say good-bye to a dear gentle, loving woman. Tammy died at home in Souris, Manitoba, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by husband Dale, parents Ken and Ardeth Moore of Souris, sister Tracey Templeton and Darell Chaboyer of Shilo, Manitoba, brother Kelvin Moore and Shelly Raymond of Redvers, Saskatchewan, sister Charlotte Moore and Frank Grant of Souris, nephews Preston and Landon Moore, of Redvers, Saskatchewan, Sean and Matthew Moore of Souris, Manitoba, Aiden Templeton of Lethbridge, Alberta, nieces Ashley Templeton of Lethbridge, Alberta, Madison Moore of Souris, Manitoba as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tammy was a very kind and loving person, especially to animals of any kind or shape. She loved to feed the ducks and geese at the park or watch the deer and moose. Even chase a mother skunk with five babies across a field (because they were cute). She loved to play cards and board games or just being with family. Tammy was born in Rivers, Manitoba and received her education in Brandon, moving with the family in 1991 to Souris, she worked at Xentel in Brandon where she met many lasting friends. Tammy and Dale were married in 1996 and lived in Souris. Tammy will be deeply missed by all whose hearts she touched. Her Journeys Just BegunDont think of her as gone away -her journeys just begun.Life holds so many facets -This earth is only one.Just think of her as restingFrom the sorrows and the tearsIn a place of warmth and comfortWhere there are no days and years.Think how she must be wishingThat we could know todayHow nothing but our sadness Can really pass away. And think of her as livingIn the hearts of those she touched...For nothing loved is ever lost -And she was loved so much. E. Brenneman
