BIRNIE: Alvin Clark Birnie, beloved husband of the late Florence Birnie of Reston, Manitoba passed away at Souris Health Centre, Souris, Manitoba Tuesday; May 12, 2009 in his 89th year. Funeral service will be held from Reston United Church, Reston Monday; May 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dwight Rutherford officiating. Interment will be in Reston Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorail tributes may be made to Reston United Church Memorial Fund in memory of Alvin.
