McDERMID: Irene McDermid, 1910-2009. Irene McDermid passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 28th, 2009 at her residence at Dinsdale Personal Care Home in Brandon, Manitoba. Left to mourn are he Daughter Lois (Ed) Huculak and family and son Stuart (Elsie) McDermid and family. Irene was predeceased by her husband Lyall in 1986. A graveside service was held on Monday, June 1, 2009 at the Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Irene to the Salvation Army.
