SCOTT: Norma Beth Scott (nee Robinson) was born on October 3, 1937 at Weyburn, Saskatchewan, the eldest of Stan and Dorothy Robinsons four children. She grew up on the family farm and attended school at Ingleford and Colgate, graduating from Colgate in 1956. She attended Aldersgate Bible College for one year before beginning nurses training at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Her nursing career lasted 43 years and she said she loved every minute of it. David and Norma lived and worked in many places, raising a family of four children. David and Normas parents had taught them to love and follow God, and they had each made a commitment to God. Church was a place to learn about God and be with others who shared their faith, so David and Norma took their family regularly everySunday. This heritage of faith remains one of their most meaningful legacies. Norma loved her family and her passion was her ten grandchildren. Visits and holidays with the family were her favorite times.
