McINTYRE: Marjorie Anne (nee Cookson) passed away June 20, 2009 in Nanton, Alberta. Marj. was born on March 23, 1946 in Brandon, Manitoba. She attended school in Brandon and after graduation moved to Calgary, Alberta. Marj. was predeceased by her husband George, parents Arthur and Beulah Cookson, brothers Harry Cookson and Don Cookson. She is survived by brothers Charlie (Edna) Cookson, Gord Cookson, and a sister Loretta Millard, and several nieces and nephews. A service was held in her memory in Nanton, Alberta on June 26, 2009. A graveside service will be held on August 10, 2009 at Rosewood Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m. Captain Bruce MacKenzie to officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or to the Cancer Society.
