RUSSELL:Alice Mae Russell, beloved wife of the late Jack Russell and mother of John (Shirley), Alex “Sandy” (Marilyn), Edith Ann (Bob) Walker; passed away at Birch Lodge Personal Care Home, Hamiota, Manitoba, on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 97 years of age. A service to celebrate Alice’s life will be held at the Hamiota Pentecostal Church, Hamiota, Manitoba, on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with interment following in the Hamiota Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Alice’s memory to the Canadian Bible Society, 952 St. Mary’s Rd, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2M 3R8 or to Birch Lodge Activity Fund, c/o Hamiota District Health Centre, Hamiota, Manitoba, R0M 0T0.
