PEPPER: The death of Thomas Bruce Pepper of Brandon occurred in the city on Saturday, October 31, 2009. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held at Memories Chapel on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Ceremony to Celebrate Bruce's Life will be held at Memories Chapel on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Chris Arthur will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon cemetery. Complete obituary information will follow.
