PICKERING: Rhoda (Dolly) Pickering of Brandon, passed away peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre, Brandon on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the age of 97 years. In keeping with Dolly’s wishes, cremation will take place with a memorial service to be held at St. Matthew’s Cathedral, 403 – 13th Street, Brandon, MB on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with The Very Rev. Robin Walker officiating. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations may be made to a charity of their choice. Complete obituary information to follow.
