LOUGHRAN: Janet Kirkness Loughran of Brandon passed away at Fairview Home on December 24, 2009 at the age of 94 years. In keeping with Janet’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place at Rosewood Memorial Gardens at a later date.
