WILLIAMS: Robert Thomas Williams died suddenly in Portugal, a placed he loved, in early January after a brief illness. He was born May 2, 1949, in Melville Saskatchewan to Gertrude and Reginald Williams. He was raised in Neepawa and moved to Brandon with his daughter Kira after the death of his wife Flavia. During his time in Brandon he was employed with the Brandon School Division, where he worked as a Teacher Assistant until his retirement past November. He is survived by his daughter Kira, his brother Ed Williams and his sister Janice Lamon. Cremation has taken place and he will be buried in Portugal beside his wife. He will be missed by his family and friends.
