KOZACK: Adam Edward Kozack of Brandon, beloved husband of Irene and dear father to Patricia, Dennis and Terry, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, April 12, 2010 at the age of 86 years. Prayers will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Friday, April 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Michael Tkachuk officiating and Stella Fedeniuk as Cantor. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. If friends so wish, donations in memory of Adam may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Western Manitoba CancerCare Project,” 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
