MCCALLUM: Stan passed away at home in Melita on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by his parents Bill & Minnie McCallum; brothers: John (Ariel), Frances, Harvey, Russ (Violet), Cleve (Steina), Byron, Raymond and Hugh; sisters: Margaret (Harold) Shannon, Shirley (Doug) Wren, June, and Marion (Frank) Bailey. Stan is survived by his sister-in-law Bonnie McCallum and numerous nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Stan's life will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Melita Presbyterian Church, Melita, Manitoba with Reverend Barb Alston officiating with interment to follow at the Melita Cemetery. Donations may be given to the Melita Swimming Pool Box 364 Melita, Manitoba, R0M 1L0 or to the charity of your choice. Arrangements in care of Redpath Funeral Home Melita 522-3361.
