GREENLEY: Helen Greenley passed away at the Melita Health Centre on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by her parents George & Elizabeth (Scott) Purvis; husband Cecil of 53 years, infant son Bobby, son Morley, daughter- in-law Marla, brother Eddie, sisters-in-law Mae, Mabel, Dorothy, and Nora, brother-in-law Merton, grandson Terry Judd, and granddaughter Karen Downey. Helen is survived by her son Ellis (Beatrice); 4 daughters: Betty Maureen (Robert) Mowatt, Lorraine (Tom) Kirkup, Ellenor (Greg) Kidd, and Trudy (Darcy) Kurtz; also her caring step-daughter Melba (Bim) Judd; 22 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law Lottie; brother-in-law Everett (Grace) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Helen's life will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 11:00 am from the Coultervale United Church, Coulter, MB. with Pastor Wayne Unger officiating, interment to follow at the Coultervale cemetery. Donations may be given to the Coultervale Cemetery or to the Coultervale Community Centre. Arrangements in care of Redpath Funeral Home Melita 522-3361.
