SLATER: The death of Blair Edward Slater occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Blair is survived by his wife Bev Jacobson- Slater, daughters: Kim (Ron) Adams, Karey (Mike) Loftus and five grandchildren. Also surviving are Bev's family: Christine (Steve) Jacobson-Thibeau, Jeffrey (Jami) Jacobson and their son Jesse, sister-in-law Carolyn (Greg) Gill. Blair was predeceased by his brother Dwight and his first wife Joyce. A Private Graveside Service will take place. The Memorial Service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 - 18th Street North on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Donations in memory of Blair may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, for Palliative Care, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
