McLEAN: Kayla Rae McLean was born November 2, 1989 to Ranald and Dorothy and went to her “happy place” of rest September 5, 2010. Kayla loved all living things. She was naturally beautiful inside and out. Mostly a bit of a tom boy, not afraid to get down and dirty. But on the rare occasions she decided to “go girlie” she could take your breath away. In her short life, she has lived the life we all hope to one day, travel the world, and have friends everywhere. She always wore her heart on her sleeve. She is predeceased by her grandparents Hector and Betty Lou McLean and Jack and Margaret Vanderhulst. She leaves to mourn her passing and hold on to fond and happy memories her Mom and Dad, brothers Ryan and David, her sister Elisha and anyone else whoever she met along her short journey of life. A celebration of Kayla’s life was held on September 10, 2010 at the St. Alphonsus Church in Minnedosa. Her final resting place is the Minnedosa Cemetery. The day we laid our precious girl to rest there were tears from Heaven. The angels were crying for all of us. Shortly after reaching her final resting place the angels shone beams of sunlight.Donations in Kayla’s memory may be made to the Brandon Humane Society.Rest in Peace Our Angel.
