RICHMOND: Emma Doris Richmond passed away at the Portage District General Hospital on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the age of 93 years, Emma Doris Richmond (nee Batters), formerly of Cypress River, MB. Emma leaves to mourn her passing daughter Norma Jean (Daniel) Lamoureux, grandsons Bradley (Janey) and Lyle (Melody) McDonald, all of Portage La Prairie, MB, sister-in-law Isabel Patterson of Cypress River, MB as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Emma was predeceased by her husband Archie in 2005. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Cypress River United Church with Rev. Mike Williams officiating.
