WOOD: Emily Kathleen (Kay) Wood, beloved wife of George Wood of Virden, Manitoba and mother of Georgina, Roberta and Clayton passed away at WestMan Nursing Home, Virden, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the age of 86 years. Funeral service will be held from St. Paul's United Church, Virden, Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lydia Glawson officiating. Interment will be in Virden Cemetery. Viewing for family and friends will be at Carscadden Funeral Chapel, Virden, Saturday, October 30 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to St. Paul's United Church Remembrance Fund (Virden) or to Assiniboine RHA for Virden Health Care Facilities in memory of Kay.e-mail messages of condolence or sign the on-line Book of Condolences at carscaddenfuneralchapel.comG.
